Leveraging the challenges and opportunities arising from the COVID-19 pandemic, this project aims to use digital tools to improve compliance with food safety standards. It will adopt an innovative approach by employing digital technologies and hybrid methods in the accreditation, conformity assessment, and capacity-building processes carried out by the West African Accreditation System (SOAC). .
Improve market access for UEMOA countries and the Republic of Guinea by adhering to key food safety standards and using digital tools .
